Hampton Inn & Suites Rome

We booked here for the indoor pool and it was ice cold. The kids could barely swim. They said the pool used to be outdoors and honestly, that would have been better because at least the sun would've warmed it. The staff were great. The rooms were nice. The breakfast and other amenities were good. Close to downtown shops but a little too far to walk.

We stayed for two days and were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and good. We found the front desk staff to be pleasant and inviting . One staff member stood out, I believe her name was Stephanie and she was great. We would have no problem staying there again.

I enjoyed my stay. Was afraid to use the water at sink again washing my hands and brushing teeth. Water was fine at first, then shot out aggressively and black stuff ran out in the sink for a moment before it went clear again. Don't know what it was, but other than that its a nice hotel

The rooms were clean and the rest of the build seemed well kept. Service was good and the location made it easy to get anywhere we needed to go.

Southern hospitality at its best! Ms. Patricia, Makayla & Stephanie gave the warmest welcome, at the front desk and Betty made breakfast a delight. Fresh, inviting lobby, spacious room, comfy bed, will definitely stay again.

I came out there for a conference. I was met by Patricia, an amazing woman who helped me get all checked in. There were some hiccups with my check in but she remained patient and bubbly all while also assisting other guests in the hotel. Outside of customer service, the stay here was nice and accommodating. Relatively close to many things & clean. The breakfast was also pretty good. Will recommend!

Can't say enough about how nice the staff was during our stay. Misty was working the check-in desk, and she went above and beyond to be helpful. She told us about the free downtown shuttle and provided advise on where to eat. She was very friendly and very nice to our grandkids. Additionally, the breakfast staff the next morning was very friendly, nice and helpful. We stayed the night of November 29th, 2025. Wish we had stayed longer.

The room and lobby were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Alma at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and professional. We found it to be noisy. There was a dog barking repeatedly in the next room, we could easily hear the TV and talking in the adjacent rooms, and our room fronted to the street, so we heard traffic throughout the night. I expect the rooms towards the parking lot are probably quieter, but the walls seem thin, and you're out of luck if your neighbor leaves a barking dog in his room and goes out.
